Climate Smart is a social enterprise based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Originally launched as Ecotrust Canada a non-profit organization. Climate Smart is dedicated to assist medium sized enterprises in searching for methods to do business differently and foster the transition to a prosperous, low-carbon future.

As a member of Climate Smart since 2010 the CDS Group of Companies is committed to measure, reduce and offset our carbon footprint through our warehouse and distribution operations while increasing efficiencies and reducing costs in the supply-chain for our clients.  Our warehouse operation utilizes the most up-to-date temperature control technologies and warehouse equipment. As an ongoing environmental project we are retro-fitting our warehouse lighting and focusing on waste and package reduction and recycling initiatives. Through the use of our consolidation programs, intermodal transportation and trans-load services CDS Distribution focused on reducing carbon emissions and improving the environment.  As a group of companies CDS is also committed to going paperless both internally and externally.
