Customer Implementation Support Specialist

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up new warehouse customers in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and provide customer
    service to them for the first month before transitioning the account over to another CSR.
  • Set up and provide WMS training and support to employees.
  • Create SOPs for new customers.
  • Setting up new rates and adjusting rate changes when needed.
  • Warehouse billing – invoicing and answering internal and external inquires.
  • Create and print labels.
  • Assist with ad hoc duties as required by the department.

Warehouse Associate – Graveyards

  • Responsible for floor-loaded container unloading and assembling pallets.
  • Inspect all items for defects or mislabels.

Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Team:

Supply Chain Solutions is the consulting division of the CDS Group of Companies that looks to deliver added value to our national and global customers with financial and operational supply chain efficiencies through business process evaluations and P & L engineering.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process and input customer orders in WMS and TMS.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy in the system daily.
  • Manage working relationships with warehouse / logistics partners across Canada and internationally.
  • Be part of a team driving global supply chain initiatives and trade.
  • Develop an understanding of the key drivers and limiting factors in export/import programs.
  • Proactively work with internal teams to ensure customers are kept up-to-date on order status.
  • Maintain good working relationship with customers, handling inquiries promptly, courteously and effectively.
  • Understand the resources within the business to be an effective problem solver.
  • Prepare reports, paperwork and invoices associated with customer orders.

Senior Supervisor – Warehouse

About the Role:

This role will oversee the entire CDS1 Operation, with main focus on the Freezer Division. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for next challenge and understands how to lead through people.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work in the freezer on a regular basis.
  • Coach and guide team members toward improved key performance indicators using the appropriate leadership methods. Involved in evaluating employee performance.
  • Support the equipment training and assistance to new warehouse associates.
  • Improve the performance of various accounts.
  • Lead the audit and improvement of product placement within a specified area / account.

Forklift Operator – Saskatoon

About the Team:

CDS is expanding our warehouse operations presence into the Prairies by opening a facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Positions in SK will provide the perfect opportunity to join a growing company as we expand into our new SK facility where we will continue our mandate of servicing our customers in a timely, accurate and safe manner. The culture of CDS is that we wear many hats and roll up our sleeves to get the work done, regardless of our job title. All SK roles will report directly to the Operations Supervisor based on-site in Saskatoon, with overall direction coming from Richmond, BC team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to a safe, and team-friendly work environment while striving for excellent customer service.
  • Accurately and efficiently pick orders and receive inventory, using electric Material Handling Equipment.
  • Operate a hand-held  RF Scanner, and/or a Voice-Pick Headset.
  • Inspect all goods upon arrival or departure from the warehouse to ensure quality and food safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory stock levels and participate in inventory control cycle counts.
  • Daily loading / unloading of 5-ton and tractor trailers using appropriate equipment.
